The services provided by Manager Method® are not legal advice and there is no attorney-client relationship. The templates, training and documents are HR and compliance information, designed to help you and can be adjusted as you (and your counsel) see fit under applicable law.
Refunds (the Manager Method® Guarantee): We stand behind our products and want each customer to have a great experience. As such, we provide a 14-day guarantee for each of our products and services, meaning that if you are not satisfied, complete a request on our Contact page within 14 days of purchase and we will provide you a full refund. By submitting a refund request, you agree that you (and your organization, for any templates) will not use or share the purchased product or service. If we determine that you are doing so (in our discretion), as a small business, we have to reserve all rights, including denying a refund. After 14 days of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. Our membership may be canceled at any time, effective the following month.
Use & Customization: Our video courses are provided on one-year licenses, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our templates (including our Toolkits) are designed to be plug-and-play, for you to customize for your organization's use. Once you purchase them, you can use them across your entire organization (but no others, please - we require each organization to purchase their own). Our guidebooks and training modules (videos and resource guides) are designed for individual use and may not be shared with others unless we enter into an enterprise-wide agreement. We provide customization to documents for Enterprise License clients. If you would like to request further customization by Manager Method to any of our documents or any of your organization's documents, you may request services under applicable rates. We do not provide legal services or legal advice to any clients.
We are constantly working to improve our templates, documents, talking points and services. Manager Method LLC retains all ownership of its templates, documents, other products and services, including any customized products we create for our HR and legal clients (you receive a license for your use). We may incorporate general content we create for you into our templates or products for clients. That does not create any ownership rights in our products. But we will not publicly disclose your confidential information regarding your specific situation - your talking points are specific to your company and situation.
For our clients, if your team/managers come to us with specific personal or organizational information, we may have to share that with other approved leadership at your company - for reporting purposes if we have company-wide arrangements, to ensure we identify common themes, or if we perceive a health/safety risk. Likewise, we may have to provide them as required by law. If that occurs, we provide you notice unless prohibited.
We work to create guidebooks, policies, documents, coaching, modules and talking points that achieve desired outcomes. We cannot predict how applicable laws may change, how employees will respond or guarantee specific results, but we use years of experience in world-leading organizations to do our best to provide you what you need. You understand that no results are guaranteed and that your use of our products is your decision.
